Work-life balance

Since the beginning of Covid 19, many people are working remotely and therefore most likely work from home, a healthy work-life balance is more difficult to maintain then back when everyone was in the office. There are less options for distractions, such as seeing friends or family, going out for dinner and seeing a movie and that leaves people with more hours spent at home. It is therefore very tempting to put in more hours in your work, considering that it is an important part of your everyday life. However, without commuting and regular working hours, it may occur that you put in way more time than you previously did. This may be overwhelming and lead to a distorted work-life balance.
