Responsibilities

• Responsible for monthly closing of accounts and preparation of management reports according to ECS HQ requirement
• Assist HQ Asset accountant in V&A cost reporting or other duties assigned
• Prepare disbursements/payments
• Responsible for maintenance of Navision system for Rotterdam office
• Prepare tax submission and ensure tax compliance
• Prepare cashflow report and periodic cash forecast
• Manage year end audit requirements, preparation of statutory financial statements
• Ensure all finance policies and procedures are complied with
• To assist with ad hoc projects as assigned by CFO or Regional Finance Manager

Qualifications

• At least 5 to 6 years’ relevant working experience
• Degree in Accountancy or ACCA, preferably CPA
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Regular technical updates on the accounting, tax and listing requirements
• Oil & Gas related practices and industry updates
• Banking practices
• Strong leadership and analytical skills
• Ability to work under tight reporting deadlines
